Young Pars activities will resume once normal life returns

Young Pars Update

Due to the current situation throughout the country we have decided to postpone our events planned for the remainder of the season.

As such, Sammy’s Easter Party which we intended to hold on Sunday 29th March is now postponed. If the situation improves then we will try and re-arrange for later this season. If that is not possible, then an extra party we be added in to next seasons events (probably at Christmas time).

We had been organising a “Meet the Players” event to hold during the School Easter holidays and also our Player of the Year/Bowling night towards the end of April, again these have had to be postponed. We will re-arrange when it is safe to do so even if it has to wait until next season.

I recently sent out an email asking you to vote for your Player of the Year – please continue to do this as we will present the trophy to the winner when it is safe to do so. To that end, please send in your vote by the end of next week (Friday 27th March - a week’s extension!)

We have also had to postpone the second semi-final and final of the Young Pars penalty kick competition and again this will be re-arranged when it is safe to do so. It may be that this will be carried over to the beginning of next season.

You may have seen the video recently on Twitter from Sammy showing that he was fed up as there was no football….. we all are… but as Sammy says please stay safe and we will see you all soon! https://twitter.com/i/status/1240007350972551168 is linked below
