Gerry Britton had a great chance to score after that but the Pars had to settle for a draw and two points dropped to a United team still looking for its first league victory of the season.

A spirited second half revival but the defence will have to be better marshalled for the next match against Celtic and the following three Premier games all against teams above us in the League - Rangers, Hearts and Celtic.
