Young Pars News - 26 September 2009

(Entry for Young Pars page of Match Programme v Queen of the South)

Seems ages since we had a game here at East End Park! We haven’t been very successful on the road in the last couple of league games so let’s hope we get back on track here today!

Trip to

Talking about being on the road, we had a
successful trip to

with the Young Pars a couple of weeks ago.
The result was disappointing but everyone enjoyed their day out apart
from that.On the way to the game
everyone on the bus was given a score prediction with the promise of a prize for
the winner.Dennis Dolan was the
lucky winner. He was very happy with
his prize which made up in some way for the result on the park! We
also had a free raffle on the bus home.Cameron
Shaw won tickets for today’s game and Josh Redpath won a box of Maltesers.
Well done to all of them!

Happy Birthday to the following Young Pars who
all celebrated their birthdays in September.

Euan Green, Aidan Smith, Kian Allan, Cameron Stewart, Lewis Roy and
Andrew Beech.

Hope you all enjoyed your special day!

Our picture shows this season’s crop of
ballboys and ballgirls.For some,
this will be their second year in charge of getting the ball back to the players
as quickly as they can to keep the game flowing.
They all work hard and in all kinds of weather because they are fans and
love working for the club!Please
give them your support throughout the season.

We do have a reserve list of ballboys and
ballgirls so if you think you would like to have a go then you can phone Jean on
the number at the end of this page to express your interest.
